About Us Located in Kilauea, Kauai Fresh Farms specializes in growing cucumbers, Italian basil, tomatoes, and gourmet baby lettuce, in high tech greenhouses. Using organic techniques whenever possible, the produce is meticulously attended to using efficient climate control and feeding technology. Avocado, citrus, breadfruit, figs, and apple bananas grow in an organic orchard.
The farm offers sustainable agriculture tours, in an electric cart. You'll see the country's largest mahogany hardwood plantation, as well as organic gardens, a permaculture egg and vegetable farm, koi ponds, and the Historic Kilauea Stone Dam.
