About UsHukilau Lanai owners Ron and Krissi Miller believe in giving back. Whether it's feeding the hungry at one of Kauai's soup kitchens, using green practices such as biodegradable take out containers or serving fresh, local food along Kapaa's coconut coast. The open air dining room offers landscaped views and the menu includes favorites such as Adam's Poke Nachos with wasabi cream, and Local Mushroom Meatloaf made with island beef and served with smashed potatoes.

  At Hukilau Lanai we love our local farmers & fishermen!
  Since 2002 we have been working continuously to use ingredients and products from Kauai and the neighbor islands.
  Our handcrafted cuisine is made from scratch in our kitchen.
  Ocean-view open-air dining located in the Kauai Coast Resort behind the Coconut Marketplace in Kapaa.
