About UsMerriman's Fish House in Poipu serves Hawaiian regional cuisine with ocean and mountain views. Owner and Chef Peter Merriman sources 90 percent of his ingredients from local farmers and fishermen who use sustainable methods. Local favorites are Merriman's Signature Wok Char with fresh ahi caught by Todd Medeiros, and Sesame Crusted Opah, caught by the "O'Pearl", with papaya tomato relish and a spicy lilikoi sauce.
