FarmerAbout UsKeith Silva and Bob Bruce had this crazy idea to start a mushroom farm in 2011, In 20 12 we broke ground, We are only the 2nd mushroom farm in the state to commercially grow mushrooms successfully. Nestled in the Lawai Valley where we have perfect conditions to grow mushrooms. We specialize growing the pink oyster, grey oyster,king oyster and pioppino mushrooms.
