About UsLydgate Farms is an 8-acre family farm specializing in theobroma cacao, the chocolate tree, vanilla, and timber bamboo. In cooperation with Madre Chocolate on Oahu, we are currently producing the very first chocolate bar made from 100% Kauai-grown beans, all from our orchard in Wailua Homesteads, Madre`s "Lydgate Farms Single Estate."
