FarmerAbout UsKauai Roots Farm Co-op works with several small family farms, and sells seasonal fruit and farm fresh vegetables at south side farmers markets. The co-op also offers membership in a community supported agriculture program (CSA). Selections include apple bananas, avocados, beans, beets, carrots, cucumbers, eggplant, fennel, grapefruit, heart of palm, herbs, kale, lettuce, longan, lychee, mango, mountain apple, oranges, papaya, radish, radicchio, scallions, Surinam cherry, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, taro, tomatillo.
