Farmer, Value-Added ProducerAbout UsOur Hale Noni processing plant, newly built in 2017, is located four miles inland on the North Fork of the sacred Wailua River. Our 8-acre certified organic noni grove sits across the river on 312 acres leased long-term from the State. This farm is an outgrowth of our interest in conscious care of the land and our commitment to natural healing (Yes, we enjoy our own vital juice everyday). We also cultivate native Hawaiian trees (including one of Hawaii's larger new plantings of koa), hardwoods, landscape plants and palms.

To ensure the finest possible Noni juice, the monks personally oversee every phase of production from field harvesting to juice fermentation to bottling and distribution. Our noni is hand-picked ripe from pampered trees, washed and set in barrels to ferment for 60+ days, then pressed, filtered and bottled with not a single added ingredient. You can't get more simple or pure than that.
