About UsJillian Seals is a farmer, teacher and creative director behind the Kauai Farm Connection in Kilauea. Using sustainable permaculture, she grows kitchen staples like beets, carrots, and kale, along with island favorites such as bananas, lemons and lilikoi. Cultivating two acres of farm land, KFC also pools from local famers to provide weekly boxes of farm fresh produce to Community Supported Agriculture members. Kauai's top chefs call Jillian when they need unique items such as White Mana taro, dandelion greens and edible flowers for their gourmet meals. KFC accepts credit cards and SNAP.
