About UsHello! I`m Sharleen Andrade and along with my dad, Mac Andrade and brother, Brian Andrade, we own and opperate "Andrades Slaughterhouse and Cattle Company". We are 5th and 6th generation ranchers of Kauai. Like our ancestors before us, we are naturally dedicated stewards of our lands, with a strong commitment to animal welfare. Our family has been raising and producing beef since the early 1900s. We continue our Family Tradition and Legacy of Cattle Ranching in Hawaii, Making Animals Ready for Meat, and Producing a Superior Beef Product.
