Kekaha Shrimp Tempura with Spicy Coffee Aioli
Winning recipe in the 2013 Celebrity Chef Cookoff for Charity at the Kauai Farm Fair.

Prep time:
Kauai Shrimp (Peel & devein)
Tempura flour
Canola oil

Spicy Coffee Aioli:
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tbsp pele’s smokey coffee seasoning
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sriracha chili sauce
1 lemon juice
Mix all together into a bowl, chill until ready to use.
